I think it could be…better, it IS a milestone in the evolution of the Sri movement, in connection with the world movement and efforts to face climate change. You’ve to pay serious attention when a religious, or faith-based, or mission-driven investor makes a decision like the one recently made by United Church of Christ.
They set a point and a strategy to face climate change for now and for the next years. And they voted it. The message is: get out from fossil fuels, they’re not a good thing for the sustainable development of our dear, little, sick planet.
Don’t forget that religious investors were at the origin of the Sri movement many years ago. When religious investors start to talk and act and invest…pardon, and DIVEST in one direction, feel sure that something important is going to happen. Maybe it’s already happened. Don’t forget they have an incomparable ability to organize themself, to convince, to be incisive and positive, to talk about the future. If the Sri movement has reached the worldwide diffusion it has now, we have to say a big “Thank you!” to religious investors. Don’t forget.
