Tomorrow in Denver the 27th edition of “The SRI Conference” is going to start. More than 700 attendants are expected for the most important and with the longest tradition Sri event in the world, where some of the Sri pioneers, major experts and biggest players in the industry, will talk about the state-of-the-art of sustainable, responsible and impact investing, trying to figure out what comes next. What’s the most appropriate direction for Sri to move towards. And what’s needed to set the path.
For those who can’t attend in person the three days of meetings (me included), let me remind you of the official Twitter account and hashtag of the conference. Here you can find the latest press release issued by The SRI Conference. For a brief tweet-recap of the 2015 edition you can see here.
Last, I’d like to point out a couple of sessions at the conference that seem of particular interest to me, maybe not only to me: the first is “Go Fossil Free: Divest-Invest”, on Friday, Nov 11, 4:20 – 5:20 p.m. (MST, GMT -7). The second is “Fiduciary Duty and Socially Conscious Investing”, on Friday, Nov 11, 12:35 – 1:25 p.m. Betsy Moszeter, Chief operating officer at Green Alpha Advisors and former Senior Vice-president at First Affirmative Financial Network (producer of The SRI Conference), will be speaking and moderating at both.
Have a nice conference.
